The founder, Rolax Kang was born in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in E-MBA.

From a young age, he loved buying things and often imagined how wonderful it would be if, in the middle of the night, he could still buy tasty noodles, hot coffee, or even a pizza. That would truly be one of life’s greatest food pleasures. During his career as an engineer, he frequently had to work overtime at construction sites late into the night and went hungry, which further strengthened his belief in the idea of being able to buy food anytime, anywhere.

As a result, he began searching the market for vending machine suppliers. Due to his lack of experience, the machines he purchased at the beginning all had issues. He still remembers that the seller of the first machine promised a one-and-a-half-year warranty, but just one month later, the machine developed minor problems and the seller completely ignored him. The second machine was even worse. When it arrived, the exterior looked acceptable, but the internal components were in complete disarray.

Because of these experiences, the founder was given an “opportunity” to learn how to repair the machines himself. Being an engineer, he soon realized that repairing vending machines was not as difficult as he had imagined.

After purchasing faulty machines twice and dealing with unethical suppliers, he gained a deep understanding of the pain points in the vending machine market—especially on the east coast of Malaysia, where finding a reliable vending machine is even harder than searching for gold.

He then began to improve himself by participating in various entrepreneur courses and an E-MBA program. In 2024, he resigned from his job and started his vending machine business. In 2025, he elevated the business into a platform, enabling young people who want to enter the vending machine industry to start this venture without requiring a large amount of capital.
